Let Him, Not You.

Have you ever felt like life is just one long motivational soundtrack of “get up and try again”? 🎶 We’ve all been there—trying harder to forgive, trying harder to be disciplined, trying harder not to snap when our patience is paper-thin. But what happens when trying harder starts to feel like constant failure?

In today’s episode of the Jules4Jesus Podcast, we’re slowing down to look at a truth that might just change how you breathe: The problem isn’t your effort; it’s when that effort subtly turns into a need for control.

We’re diving into the life of David in 1 Samuel to see how he moved, acted, and made decisions without ever trying to step into God’s role as Deliverer. If you’ve been exhausted by the "struggle" of trying to stay afloat, this is your invitation to stop the panic and let the water hold you.

In this episode, we explore: ✨ Why willpower doesn’t work on things like anger and bitterness. ✨ The powerful lesson from David’s refusal to "fix" his Saul problem. ✨ Why God often reduces our "army" to remove our self-reliance. ✨ The shift from "Let Them/Let Me" to "Let Him."

It’s time to obey God, but stop trying to replace Him. Let’s learn what it looks like to leave the deliverance to the only One who can actually handle it.

Scripture mentioned: 📖 1 Samuel 24 & 26 📖 Psalm 78 & 44 📖 Joshua 24 📖 Zechariah 4:6
